I followed this by deleting my existing printers and re-adding them. I've had issues with our print server due to HP drivers.And how come when a user with print admin rights to the server, and print admin only, adds certain HP LJ But we can't use them, because we need the paper/tray handling features.I had the misfortune of doing a migration from Novell to AD a couple of months ago. just spins around and Microsoft Word or any pdf just freezes and eventually says "not responding" Printers are HP LaserJet Pro P1102 and HP 7250.
