How is that a good idea? It keeps happening to me. I could notice that a program I downloaded (I think it was called windows 8 start) was restarting every 7 seconds.
It is now clear that this is 99% caused by some external program (though not noticed before and though I haven't installed anything new recently), not by Windows. I really want to find out what is causing this, maybe a process? Please try the request again.
