Internet Explorer Not Responding And Freezing. (Apologies If Not Correct Forum.)

When I open a couple of new tabs in Google Chrome ,Firefox or Internet Explorer it freezes my computer completely. So I restarted my Computer and assumed all was good. Uninstalled Firefox completely including all personal data, caches, etc, then I downloaded a fresh copy from mozilla.org (V21.0) and installed it. Upon starting it just sat at 0% and after a while the program started not responding. http://tcdownload.org/not-responding/explorer-exe-not-responding-running-slow.html
