Post that I noticed High CPU Utilization on svchost and TrustedInstaller.exe and narrowed it down to WIndows Update as per Article above. For me it seems that it was the broken upgrade manager version. if i am on the net (still 56k) i cannot bring my other pc online or access the h.d's on it as it kills, downloads etc i assume from cpu prioritization? Hats off to you. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
