Did you give it a good stress in safe mode with something like Prime95? For any drives that do not give the message: Windows has checked the file system and found no problems run disk check again as above. About the verifier...I noticed that with the BSOD scan I ran to collect the info for you, it collected 19 mini dmp files. Did the blue screens with Verifier running result in any new .dmp files being generated? If you are NOT TOTALLY CONFIDENT with registry work, then it's far better to not attempt to make changes. Not sure what is causing it.
I ended up paying apple for another new iphone 5s, as they would just not listen that this happened during one of those over the air updates.
